Those guys don't have the skills to finish it, they have found out how to decompress files and translate due to YZB's help but they can't recompress it so it would span like 5-6 disc ATM and is only usable via an EMU that is glitchy as heck. If they weren't such eliest pricks YZB would have given them the algorithm to finish the job. So yea don't hold your breath as their pride is much more important than this almost 10 year old project that hasn't produced anything but frames that could have easily been done in photoshop.
