SSF is full speed for probably 90% of all roms or if it's slower it's not noticeable.
All of my roms work for it. (Guardian Heroes, Panzer Dragoon Saga, Nights etc....)
The only roms that are slow are the 3d fighters Fighters Megamix Virtua Fighter 2 etc...
jonisawanker wrote:I actually haven't had any problems with SSF. I have v0.12 beta and it's worked like a charm so far. You do have to have a virtual cd drive setup (Daemon Tools, Alcohol 120%, MagicDisc, etc.) but that's really not that much of an annoyance. I will say though that I've had some trouble finding image files that work properly. Had the best luck with .nrg files, but several others just give me a "Failed to mount disc image" or whatever message. Dunno if I'm doing something wrong or if there's just a bunch of bad files out there.
Oh, and the version I have let's you map controls without having to use Xpadder.
Also has most of the standard features (save states and whatnot).
I do agree though that the best option is to chip a model 2 Saturn. Nothing beats the real thing.
Open the cue with wordpad and make sure the first line matches the bin. Example if the bin is PanzerDragoonSagadisc1.bin make sure it says the exact same thing in the cue and if it doesnt just change it to match in the wordpad document and then save the changes.
