How are we supposed to help when we don't even know what computer you are using to run the emulator ? Maybe your computer is just too slow.

Your hardware specs are the biggest issue, I do not think you can expect to run dolphin emulator smoothly on that. :?

Some general info on the Dolphin system requirements are on their FAQ page:
https://dolphin-emu.org/docs/faq/

You can reduce the in-game resolution (under Config -> Enhancements -> Internal Resolution), start at 640x528 and see if you can play, then work up if needed. You might not get it to run smoothly, unfortunately - certain games are more demanding than others, but let me know if the internal resolution makes a difference.

Some of these settings may help, but no guarantees. Adjust things one at a time and see if there is an improvement.

EDIT: When I looked up your processor it seemed to be a dual-core (with extra cores acting as a GPU? Not sure), which can be tough for Dolphin, but there should be an option specifically to help performance on a dual-core CPU. The Dolphin FAQ also mentions that AMD processors before Ryzen are not recommended, and I don't have one set up to test on so I can't confirm if that will help.

That is a low powered processor for notebooks with integrated graphics running at only 10-15W. Its simply isn't meant for gaming. When it comes to GameCube you might be able to run only the most simple games.

I can't guarantee, perfect play, but use dolphin 4.0.2 with direct9 core. Again it should function a little better, but it will be sluggish but playable.
