Q: I do not wish to subscribe at this time, can I still download? A: Yes! Free users can download by clicking the 'Slow Download' links on the download page, however you are restricted to a slower speed and only 1 download at a time.

Q: What is the difference between a Subscriber account and a Community account? A: A Subscriber account is for Premium Subscriptions, allowing you to download using the premium links at higher speeds without any restrictions.
A Community account is free and it allows you to upload content, comment, post in our forums and use various other community features.
It is recommended that all users create a Free Community account in order to get the most out of the website!
Q: I am a Subscriber and my downloads are not as fast as they should be - How do I make them faster? A: This can be a problem with users who are located in the West of the USA as there is a great distance from the user to file server.
However, there is simple solution to the problem. As a subscriber you may utilize up to 12 concurrent connections to the server at one time. You can easily utilize this by using a free download manager such as Orbit Downloader
Q: I have just subscribed but everytime I try to download I keep receiving an error asking me to upgrade. A: This is a common problem when paypal is busy - at peak times it can take up to 10 minutes for paypal to update our database and activate your account.
If you paid using eCheck, it can take up to 5 working days to authorize your payment - Contact us and we will manually activate your account.
We highly recommend using a credit card or Paypal balance for instant account activation.
Q: I am a Subscriber - How do I resume downloads? A: In order to resume downloads, you will need to use free download manager software such as Orbit Downloader. We highly recommend doing so as it will also make your download speed much faster
