Bad rip or ?
It's in ISO format and it should be in .bin, burned twice and neither one works on a latest chipped PS1.

^^ mount iso via virtual drive (daemontools for one) and use "clonecd" to convert it back to "IMG/bin" (literally, both the same format) and try the disk write again....
all the best! :spliff:

Thanks for the info man!!
I burned it the first 2 times with ImgBurn and it did not work, burned it the 3rd time with Alcohol 120% and it booted right up.

It's weird because Imgburn never fails!!
And ImgBurn always say's it needs to be .bin when I rip one of my old PS1 games and not ISO.
And it's been so many years since I used to rip original PS1 games, using a few different programs that are not mainstream anymore, that would give you the img, sub, etc. files.

^Do what was stated up above and it should work just fine. "mount iso via virtual drive (daemontools for one) and use "clonecd" to convert it back to "IMG/bin" (literally, both the same format) and try the disk write again"
