EA's second attempt at re-creating Tolkien goodness. Enhances the formula it cobbled together using a little Devil May Cry, a little Streets of Rage, and a far more impressive amount of movie footage from all three of the Peter Jackson films, Return of the King expands in every single way to make this year's effort undeniable. Players get the chance to play as five characters (Gandalf, Aragorn, Legolas, Gimli, Sam and Frodo), plus three secret ones; the environments are interactive with useable weapons, ropes to swing down, catapults to fire, and more. Plus, gamers can finally get together with their buddies to play the game in co-op mode.

ESR tested. Extracts to ISO

This file is corrupted it seems. I've downloaded this on 2 different websites and when you go to the start menu, everything is black. Does anyone have a better iso available?

@kersedsaint   I will cut you a break since you are fairly new here but if Smashey9 says it works with ESR it works with ESR and you have a problem on YOUR end.

If you are using a PS2 with a modchip you need to un-patch the iso file with ESR disc patcher more than likely. If you are using a PS2 that has the soft-mod then you should be good to go. If your PS2 is un-modded, MOD THE DAMN THING ALREADY!!

If you are trying an emulator then it is your emulator does not like this game. PS2 emulators are OK and have issues with many games. GET A PS2 AND PLAY 99% PS2 LIBRARY with no issues on the original hardware! :D

Yes I am new thank you for the info. I have the emulator only so it looks like I'm screwed then :(. I had a PS2, but when I moved out my mother (of all people) decided she wanted to have it haha, and I don't have the luxury to go out and buy a new one at the moment. So I've just been playing games that I already played in my childhood, or games that I never finished :).
