Ill download it and check it out. Will be about an hour. But can you right click on the file, click properties, click archive, and tell me if it says present or absent?

I dont use passwords. I downloaded to double check. There is no password. Extracted fine for me. You need to use 7zip. This is a 7zip file. Winrar will not open 7zip files.
