This is a tool for shrinking Gamecube ISOs, or for making multiboot (ie multiple games on one disc) ISOs. I use for the first option.

Some Shrinkage stats:

Lost Kingdoms: 583MB
Kirby Airride: 644MB
Animal Crossing: 1.35GB-->26MB(!)

Of course I don't have the before sizes:-/ but they were mostly shrunk quite a bit... I think:-)

1.35GB > 26MB? What's even left on the game at that point, just the menu? Lol, that just struck me as odd.

certain "conditions" are required for playback of some gcm roms.. (the shrink is to remove "dummy" or "padding" or "znull" datas) used for accurate optics streaming to hardware and idle lens control!!!

No, animal crossing's graphic are basically psx quality, so it shrinks great.

Ah ok! Makes more sense. Here I'm thinking you pulled some voodoo with just an .iso which I believe already is a compressed format XD I feel stupid. Thanks for clearing that up.

animal crossing was a n64 game originally, so at 26mb it would easily fit on a cart!!
the quality is pretty good imo, way better than the ps1!!! its more upgraded n64 like LoZ-MM/OoT
