Released in Japan in March 2004, Mobile Suit Gundam: Senshitachi no Kiseki simulates what it would be like to control a "Kidou Senshi" Mobile Suit in battle. Players are in full control of customization and deployment of the hulking mechs, hone their skills in an extended tutorial mode, then jump into the midst of an escalating conflict. To enter a battle, players access hot spots on mission maps, both in space and on land. In the space missions, the Mobile Suits can freely fly into any direction, lock on to multiple targets at once and strike in melee combat or from afar. Likewise, ground missions offer full 3D movement and jumping control with both close-combat and projectile attacks.
