the best bios for dreamcast emulation are the pal bios you will be able to run more games i dont know why but the pal bios increases the compatibilty,by the way you dont need muti region bios because the emulation bypass the region the games i play most are
Phantasy Star Online (E)(Pal)
Phantasy Star Onine V2 (U)(NTSC)
Cannon Spike (J)(NTSC)
Blue Submarine Number 6 (J)(NTSC)
Tech Romancer (J)(NTSC)
Skies of Arcadia (U)(NTSC)
Shinseiki Evangelion (J)(NTSC)
As you see some games are ntsc and i pay this games with a pal bios on the emulator the way to recognize if is a pal bios is easy at the beggining is blue.

Also no offense but dump his BIOS and use this one. It will get rid of having to worry about regions in the emulator.
