First off, this is not really a game, its more of something that you must experiance. If you are a person that loves psycadelic things, you must check this one out!

In this game, the player simply navigates a dream world. There is no action or experience points, nor is there any clear goal. The idea is simply to walk around and enjoy things in a dream environment. There are many bizarre environments in this world, and one way to travel through them is by foot. However, if you bump into walls or other objects in the game, you will be instantaneously transported to another environment, the system of which is called "linking". Bumping into people, animals, or special objects usually gives a stranger dream.

Each dream can last up to 10 minutes, after which the player will 'wake up', when the screen turns black and the player is sent back to the game's initial menu. However, if the player falls off a cliff in the dream, then the player may wake up immediately. There is a graph that appears at the end of each dream that keeps track of the player's state of mind; the states are Upper, Downer, Static and Dynamic, as referring to the environments and the general feel of the dream the player just went through. Past states may have effects on later dreams.

While the player walks through an environment, the surroundings may suddenly change. For example, eyes may suddenly appear on the walls and stare at the player. Even if the player visits the same place twice, it may look quite different- sometimes the textures of walls will change to subtly different versions or new items will appear for the player to encounter. One may also encounter strange creatures while roaming around, including a celestial nymph flying through the air, a wild horse running through the prairie, or a huge man filling up an entire room.

The game is set in a first-person environment. The player may use the LEFT and RIGHT directional buttons to look and change direction, the UP and DOWN buttons to initiate or reverse movement and the shoulder buttons to strafe left or right. The player may also hold the X button while moving to run, the SQUARE button to look down and the TRIANGLE button to look up.

The number of "days" are kept track of. As the player progresses, the pattern on walls and the form of the player may transmute. Occasionally the player may come across a man in a gray coat and hat, commonly referred to as *the Grey Man*. He walks in one direction only. Getting too close to him will make the screen flash, the man disappear, and removing the ability to recall the dream in a Flashback.

After roughly 20 days of gameplay, a new option will appear in the main menu, called "Flashback". This mode lasts for only around 3-5 minutes versus the main game's 10. Flashback's purpose is to revisit locales and characters from past dreams. Due the the heavily random nature of the game, Flashback mode is often the only way to see an area with the same textures twice. Taking the same steps in Flashback as in the normal dream it is redoing will allow one to completely do over that dream.

Presently, the game is difficult to procure, and it sells for high prices at some Japanese auction sites.

The controlls are as follows:

Dpad moves your character.
Y = Look up
B = NA
X= Look down
A= Run

Left and right triggers look behind you.

The emulation is almost perfect, and the graphics in the game are unique.

If the gfx glitch up and look funny, just walk into a wall someplace and the next level should be fixed.

Alright I burned it to a 650 MB disc with Alcohol 120%. The startup "Bleem" screen came up but other than that I heard distorted menu music and the screen is all black.

Guess I'll try burning it on a 700mb disc later.

I still have the same issue but I realized I had to press a button and some really ugly menu came up lol. I hit start and now I'm playing. Guess the menu is glitched up but the game runs fine... so far.

That is normal with Bleem. It is a miracle that Playstation games even play on Dreamcast to begin with.

FMV's, Saves don;t work and glitches appear on many games.

But, if you get the official Bleem packs I uploaded, which there are 3 in all got GT2, MGS and Tekken 3, you will find that these games perform better and look better in a higher resolution on a DC than they do on a PS2-3 even, since the DC actually uses AA and displays the games in 480p, so you can actually read the signs on the billboards in GT2 for instance.

Saves FMV's and everything works fine in the 3 games I mentioned above. Just look for them on the first page of the Bleem games.

Sweet, thanks. But "Official Bleem packs"? I thought Bleem was a disc that goes in your Dreamcast that allows Playstation game swapping.

Yes, and they are officially made by the company Bleem. Bleem got sued by Sony and the only had 3 bleem packs for the games I told you above.

Use Winmount, WinRAR or 7Zip to extract it then you will have the actual files you need. RAR is just an archive format to shrink size which is a site req

WELL I managed to botch this burn up haha. Tried via Imgburn and the CDI plugin at 6x, the logo's in the beginning after the Bleem! splash are just faint white outlines, and then when I'm at what I think is the menu, the audio is lagging, and there's no video at all. :lol: Oh well~

That is normal for Bleem beta games. The FMV videos are not working for early standalone Bleem games sadly. Just keep pressing start till you get into the game.

This Bleem!cast game is the best one I played. Only three problems: 1. the cut scenes will not load and 2. the graph at the end of each day will not load and 3. the menu will not load up correctly. Other then that, this is the best Bleem! I played with no texture glitches or any loading proplems.

Nice upload :D
